Stainless steel ball valves rely on rotating the valve core to make the valve unobstructed or blocked. The ball valve switch is lightweight, small in size, and can be made into a large diameter, with reliable sealing, simple structure, and convenient maintenance. The sealing surface and spherical surface are often in a closed state, and are not easily eroded by media. It has been widely used in various industries.
Stainless steel ball valves are prone to contact with other metal iron products during the production and manufacturing process. In order to ensure that stainless steel ball valves do not rust at all times, it is necessary to follow the following process.
1. After the stainless steel ball valve blank is finished and pickled, it needs to be rinsed clean. If there are sand holes or perforations, they should be gas shielded welded using argon arc welding. Then it is polished and subjected to solid melting treatment.
2. Finished stainless steel ball valve, after processing and pressure testing. Rinse with water added with anti rust powder.
3. Stainless steel ball valves should be packaged in wooden boxes as much as possible during transportation, without touching metal products.
4. After installing the stainless steel ball valve in the pipeline, regular maintenance and upkeep should be carried out, such as regularly applying lubricating oil to the valve stem. Open and close the valve several times appropriately.
